We are currently looking for a skilled Industrial Construction Site Supervisor to join our team, working on commercial and industrial construction projects.
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Construction Site Supervisor to oversee industrial and commercial construction projects at various locations. The Industrial Construction Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing and coordinating all on-site activities, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects
- Provide guidance and support to teams, including training on proper techniques and procedures
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in commercial or industrial construction
- Must have experience with performing the job duties as listed in the job summary above.
- Experience excavating, backfilling, cutting concrete, patching concrete, pressure testing.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to work in all types of environments inside buildings and structures, outdoors, warm temperatures, cold temperatures as well as wet and dry conditions
- Must be able to travel in the greater Cincinnati area as needed
- Driver’s license required.
- Must have clean driving record.

Pay: Competitive pay based experience
Schedule:
- 8 and 10 hour shifts
- Must be able to work overtime as needed (including weekends)
Work Location: up to 25% On the road (per diem available for travel outside the greater Cincinnati area)
