We are currently seeking a Jobsite Logistics Manager to join our team.
Job Summary
The Jobsite Logistics Manager will oversee all aspects of material receiving, tracking, organization, and distribution on our construction site in Batavia, Ohio. In addition, the role will also involve maintaining, tracking, and organizing the tool crib to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Job Skills
- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials and supplies.
- Create and maintain a detailed inventory of all materials and supplies on site.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
- Work closely with foremen to distribute materials to various locations on site.
- Implement and maintain systems for tracking the movement of materials and supplies.
- Organize the tool crib and manage the inventory of tools, equipment, and consumables.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition and properly maintained.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols related to material handling and tool usage.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to plan and coordinate material needs.
Position Requirements
- Prior experience with managing materials on a large job site or large commercial facility
- Experience as a project planner or project manager on complex project
- Heavy Equipment Operator
- OSHA 30 certification
- Computer skills: Procore, Computer Ease or other comparable programs
- Driver’s license and must have clean driving record.
- Must be able to work 10 hour shifts and overtime as needed
