Responsibilities:
- Construct 3D models of piping systems using Revit or Plant 3D working under the design manager and project manager
- Develop mechanical general arrangement, piping isometric, pipe support, and mechanical equipment layout drawings from a 3D model using Revit or Plant 3D.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplined engineering and design teams.
- Regular meetings and presentations directly with clients
- Ensure accuracy, compliance with standards, and adherence to project timelines.
- Clash detection
- Utilizing FARO laser scanning technology and point cloud development for accurate pipe routing
- Building and utilizing pipe, valve and instrument catalogs, specs and families.
Qualifications:
- Experience in designing piping systems and plant layout
- Proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD Plant 3D
- Proficiency in Navisworks Manage
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and P&IDs
- Ability to output isometrics, orthographic drawings and data from 3D model
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Requirements:
- No degree required
- Minimum 3 years work experience in designing piping systems, equipment layouts, and pipe supports with Revit or AutoCAD Plant 3D
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.

- Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Structural Steel knowledge
- Advance Steel software
- Laser scanning experience
- Construction experience
